The Ministry of Defense, which through its peripheral Bodies (B.C.M. offices – Land Reclamation Minefields) governs the reclamation of explosive remnants of war, issued in 1984 Capitulate B.C.M. where ‘General Technical Conditions’ are reported to carry out such work. The company B.C.M.-CO.VE.SMI is required to comply with these conditions and in particular the Technical Requirements which the B.C.M. office responsible for the area issues from time to time for the completion of each intervention in which an application for land reclamation from explosive devices.
